Who we are
Pro Web Solutions provides online digital skills training in Digital Marketing, AI Automation & Chatbots, WordPress, Shopify, Advanced Canva and AI Website Creation. We are based in Zirakpur, Mohali, Punjab, India, and we teach learners in India and other countries.
For this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Pro Web Solutions, SCO-309-310, 3rd Floor, Tricity Plaza, Peermuchalla, Zirakpur, Mohali, Punjab. We decide why and how your personal data is used, so we are responsible for it.

This policy applies to:

Information we collect
We only ask for what we need to answer your enquiry, teach you and issue your certificate.

- QR Code: to process course fees securely
- Zoom meeting / Google meet: to run online classes and share course material
- Our trainers: to teach you and review your projects

We may also share information if the law requires it, for example with a court or a government authority, or to protect our rights and the safety of our learners.
If you verify a certificate on our website, anyone who enters a valid certificate ID can see the learner’s name, course and completion date. We show nothing else.
How long we keep your information
We keep your information only as long as we need it:
- Enquiries that don’t lead to enrolment: up to [ADD PERIOD, e.g. 12 months] after our last conversation, then deleted
- Learner and enrolment records: for the length of your course, plus [ADD PERIOD] afterwards for support
- Certificate records: for as long as the certificate verification service runs, so your certificate can still be confirmed
- Payment and invoice records: for as long as Indian tax law requires
How we protect your information
We use reasonable security measures to protect your data. These include secure (HTTPS) connections on our website, password-protected accounts, limited access to learner records, and regular software updates.
No website or online service can be 100% secure. If a data breach ever affects your personal information, we will inform you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
Learners outside India
We welcome learners from many countries. Your information is stored and processed in India and with the service providers listed above, some of which may store data in other countries. By using our services, you understand your information may be transferred this way. We protect it in the same way wherever it is processed.
Children
Our courses are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 without verifiable consent from a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has shared details with us, please contact us and we will delete them.
Your rights
You have the right to:

- Correct information that is wrong or out of date, such as the spelling of your name on a certificate
- Delete your information when it’s no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it
- Withdraw consent at any time, including for marketing messages
- Stop marketing: reply “STOP” on WhatsApp or use the unsubscribe link in any email
- Nominate someone to use these rights for you if you are unable to
- Complain to us, and if you’re not satisfied, to the Data Protection Board of India
